If you are a Principal:
  Read in this order:

    Book at a Glance
    Chapter 4
    Chapter 6
    Chapter 12
    Chapter 18
    Chapter 19

If you are a Maker:
  Start with:
    Chapter 4
    Chapter 12
    Chapter 22

If you are an assistant / chief of staff:
  Read:
    Executive Summary
    Book at a Glance
    Chapter 4 / 6 / 12 / 19
  Then brief upward.
